Healing Through the Chakras: In other words, what is it? How to?

What Whole-Self Means

This is a brief introduction to the many parts that make up us as a Whole-self  if you'd like to learn more, I provide free consultations on a wide range of topics, including self-assurance, self-discovery, forgiveness, altering one's life story, health, spirituality, and personal development. Please keep in mind that we are a non-profit organization.

Acquiring a Holistic Perspective on Your Identity (Knowing Yourself as WholeSelf)

We tend to see ourselves as rather minor players at times. However, an alternative metaphor is to think of ourselves as a collection of components that work together to form our unique and integral whole.

Physical: The exterior, visible component of your body as well as the interior organs and systems, such as the neurological system, cardio-vascular system, respiratory system, and so on.

Mental refers to your ideas and your state of mind. This is the component of the Whole Self that is responsible for the acquisition of new information and knowledge. Most people agree that there are three distinct components that make up the mind. The Subconscious, the Conscious and the Superconscious.

Emotional: Your feelings and your current emotional state are considered emotional. It is absolutely normal to have any and all sensations and emotions; indeed, feelings and emotions are only information. Feelings come and go during the day, much like the waves of an ocean, which continually move in and out of view. The way we are feeling emotionally is analogous to an undercurrent that is tugging us in a certain direction. There are just a few different emotional states, including anxious/fearful, depressed/sad, angry/hurt, and joyful/peaceful/content. Anxious and fearful are the most common. Someone whose emotional state might be described as anxious or fearful may, at times, experience enjoyment or exhilaration; nonetheless, they may be aware that the sentiments that predominate in their life are ones of concern, worry, or dread. Our Emotional State is Always Subject to Change, but First, We Need to Look at Our Feelings as Information and Determine What They Are Trying to Tell Us and How They Are Trying to Guide Us.

Spiritual/Intuitive: Your "Inner Voice," "gut feeling," or "Divine Guidance" is the part of you that knows the best path for you, and as we get quieter, we are able to listen more fully to this aspect of our self for guidance. Other names for this part of you include: your "Inner Voice," "gut feeling," or "Divine Guidance."

Your inner and outer auric fields (Energetic Fields), also known as the chakra system, make up your energy being. Chakras are energy centers that are located all throughout our physical bodies. Chakras are revered as essential components of traditional healing practices in a wide variety of world religions and civilizations. The Inner Aura is located directly surrounding the body, but the Outer Aura, also known as the Energy Egg, is shaped like an egg or a disco ball and encircles the Whole Self; it is, in fact, the Whole Self's outermost layer. When you enter a room, your energetic self is the one that "reads the room" and takes up on clues from the energy bodies of other people. Consider this.

Self-Expression: Expressing Oneself, Using One's Own Voice to Share One's Unique Skills, Abilities, and Interests with the World.

Now, let's discuss about the healing of the chakras.

Can we Explain Chakra Healing?

Keeping the body alive, healthy, and functioning optimally is a delicate balancing act.

Homeostasis is the state in which all of your body's chemicals, hormones, and processes are in harmony with one another.

If your body ever deviates from this homeostatic equilibrium, you will be trapped in an unpleasant and unfavorable condition.

Your chakras need to be in harmony with each other and with the rest of your body.

Chakra imbalance, like that of any other aspect of your energetic system, may have serious consequences for your health on all levels.

When they are unbalanced, it may have a negative effect on your health and well-being in many areas of your life.

You may discover that you have a predisposition for illness or accidents, but rather that our life is generally unsatisfying, uninspired, or out of control.

The human body is like a symphony, with each instrument representing a different part of the body's physiology or energy field.

A healthy chakra system consists of:

Without any obstructions or blocks, energy freely flows up and down through each chakra.

The chakras receive and give out energy freely, and energy flows freely on a horizontal plane.

There is neither a more open nor a faster spinning chakra. No chakra is either too dormant or too active, either.

The chakras are opened to the point where they can most effectively aid your health and significantly enhance your soul. The energy centers, or chakras, are neither very open nor closed.

There is a balance between focusing on the higher and lower chakras.

In the future, we will provide much more details on these energy centers, the chakras.
