Thinking too much can be mentally draining and time-consuming, and it frequently results in indecision or regret. But suppose there was a technique to reduce our mental strain and make sound choices. Putting your ideas and thoughts down on paper can help you feel more in charge and less stressed about forgetting. This method can also be used to help you arrange your thoughts and arrive at judgments in a more straightforward manner.

Check that you are receiving enough sleep, that you are eating healthily, and that you are routinely exercising.
