If you want to improve your outlook on life and direct your attention to the things that really matter, keeping a gratitude notebook or engaging in a daily thankfulness ritual can help.


Taking part in things that make you happy and feed your spirit is point number five. It might be anything from engaging in a creative pursuit to doing yoga to reading spiritual books to giving back to a cause close to your heart. These pursuits help you get back in touch with your interests and develop as a person.
